Terms of Use
Last updated: 12/01/2025
1. Acceptance
By using DNS Tools you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. The service
DNS Tools offers online tools to look up DNS records, IP address information, reverse DNS names, email (MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC) settings, domain registration data and blocklist status. The tools are provided for general information only.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything illegal, or to harass, attack or harm others;
- send automated or very large numbers of requests, scrape the website, or try to get around the request limits;
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the website or its servers;
- use the service in a way that breaks the rules of the third-party services it relies on.
To protect the service, we may limit, suspend or block access at any time.
4. Accuracy of results
Results come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Results can be cached for a short time, so a recent change may not appear straight away. IP address locations are estimates. A listing on a blocklist is not proof of wrongdoing, and the absence of a listing is not proof of safety. Please verify important information before relying on it.
5. Availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or stop any part of it at any time.
6. Third-party services
DNS Tools relies on third-party services such as public DNS resolvers, IP geolocation providers, domain registries and blocklists. We do not control them, and their own terms and policies apply to their data.
7. Intellectual property
The design, text and code of this website belong to derdare. Data returned by the tools belongs to its respective sources.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, derdare is not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or from reliance on its results.
9. Privacy
How information is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of morocco, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts of morocco.
This does not take away any mandatory consumer or data protection rights you may have under the law of the country where you live.
